Subscriptions
Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. On a new phone, open the plans screen and tap Restore.
Reminders
Daily quest reminders arrive at 6 PM on your training days. Turn them on or off in Settings › Notifications › Ascend.
Your progress
Your rank, stats and history are stored on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them.
