Ascend is built so your information stays with you.
What Ascend stores
Your quiz answers (such as goals, fitness level, height, weight and training days), your workouts, XP, rank and stats are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us or anyone else.
What we collect
Nothing. Ascend has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we don't sell or share personal data.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and your App Store purchase receipts, not your name, email or workout data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Notifications
Daily quest reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. You can turn them off any time in Settings.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything Ascend stored. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Children
Ascend is not directed at children under 13.
